undesirables of this type, end it has therefore become necessary in the interests of public safety, peace, and good order to have recourse to the more direct methods defined under the Deportation Ordinances. There is no racial issue involved. The section to which objection is made is not confined to any race or class, and I am strongly of the opinion that no good ground has been shown for modifying section 3 of the Deportation Ordinance, 1921, in the manner indicated.
